Shipping Policy
What are the shipping and delivery timeframes?
As we ship worldwide, please note the following normal delivery times for products in stock when placing an order:
Europe and the United States via UPS or DHL Aircraft
Usually 7-10 working days, up to 14 working days.

If you do not receive your order within the above timeframe, please feel free to contact us and provide your order number to speed up the process.

For custom products:
4-7 working days for shipment, usually not 10 working days if it is during peak season.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?
We always offer free shipping

I entered the wrong address in my delivery details, can I change it?

If you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address for any reason, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot change or resend your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

If you have entered the wrong information, please make sure to contact us within 12 hours to change the information.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return and/or exchange.

We do not refund shipping costs for returned items.

Please note that we are unable to return or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to protect our customers and health. Please read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Customized items are also non-refundable. However, we can refund if such goods are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Important: Please contact us via the Help Center before returning the item to our address, click on the link above to authorize your return or exchange so that we can record your request and send you a return form to insert in your package, otherwise we may not be able to find your exchange or return request and therefore cannot process your return. Please also keep proof of postage.
